Dear parents, planning a children's party is never trouble-free. Our dedicated organisers and hosts are at hand to help make the day go more smoothly, but to make things even easier we have created this page of advice which you may find helpful.
On arrival at Alley Cats go to the desk and ask for the party organiser
The party organiser will present you with:-
Shoe Bucket
Bag for presents
Meal order form
Once your meal is ordered the remaining payment will be accepted.
If you have a birthday cake please give it to the party organiser
Once all the children have given you their food order and placed their shoes in the shoe bucket, they may go into play with a supervising adult.
You will have a total of ninety minutes of play in the Alley Cats play area (from the time your party was booked for).
About 5 minutes before your food is due please listen for your name to be called, you will then be shown to your party area and your meal will be served.
You may at this point let your party organiser know at what time you would like the birthday cake. Your cake will be brought out with candles lit and "Happy Birthday" will be sung (we can cut the cake if it is required).
Please ensure that all children at the party remain in the party area while eating; once the meal is finished please do not let children return to the frame.
Remaining cake may be collected at Alley Cats counter.
Height and age restrictions apply - under 12 years old and 145cm tall.
May we please remind you that only food and drink purchased in Alley Cats may be consumed on the premises.
Any photographs being taken must only be taken in the party area.
Plase note that deposits are non-refundable.
