Special Needs Customers with Special Needs should let Paybox staff know if extra assistance is required; we'll be glad to help.
Student Discount Please note that the 25% discount is only available upon presentation of a valid NUS student card at the Paybox.
Hot Food Hot food purchased outside the cinema must not be brought into any of the auditoria. Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound is great, Burger 1.0 Smellovision isn't.
Mobile Phones You are free to use your mobile phone in the foyer and corridors, but we insist that your phone is switched off while in the auditoria. Customers who use their mobile phones during a performance will be asked to leave.
Alcohol Alcohol must not be brought into or consumed anywhere within the cinema. The Jet Centre's licence only allows for the sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks entirely within the Oasis bistro.
Reserved Admission Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Regardless of age, colour, creed, gender or sexuality, we do discriminate against bad behaviour.
Proof of Age Please be prepared when planning to see a movie which has age restrictions; you may be asked to provide proof of your age when buyig tickets for a movie.
Refunds We may allow refunds or offer compensation in the form of credit to customers in extreme circumstances caused by technical problems during performances. Advance tickets bought online or via telephone cannot be refunded before the performance.
